RYE LANE, PECKHAM (Completed)
A recent project on Rye Lane, Peckham, saw the conversion of two existing flats above a commercial unit into three self-contained apartments. Located in the heart of Peckham’s vibrant high street, the property was purchased with planning permission in place. We extended into the roof space to create the third unit, adding valuable rental stock to our growing portfolio
THANET HOUSE, CROYDON (Completed)
This completed project in Croydon delivered seven additional one-bedroom apartments within the newly constructed fourth-floor roof space of an existing residential apartment block. Working on behalf of a client, Canduns Ltd was instructed to carry out the full construction and internal fit-out of these new homes. The development provided much-needed housing while maximising the building’s potential, all completed to a high standard in line with the client’s vision and local planning requirements.
ST JAMES ROAD, CROYDON (In construction)
This ongoing project in a residential pocket of Croydon involves the transformation of a two-storey property, previously used for both residential and office purposes, into six modern flats. Currently under construction, the development will deliver much-needed housing and form part of Canduns Ltd’s long-term hold strategy.
